Campus Fund, in partnership with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and 360One, recently wrapped up the 5th Edition of the Grand Challenge.
This renowned student entrepreneurship competition has once again showcased the remarkable talent and innovative spirit of young entrepreneurs across the nation.

The top 12 startups that competed at the AWS Campus Fund Grand Challenge 2024 Finale were Bakeland, Blue Brew, Bob, Breer, HyPrix, Kuberns, MagicRoll, Mumbai Pav Co. (MPC), NCF Energy, Tesseract, Panoculon Labs, and Poccet Labs.

NCF Energy, which demonstrated a ground-breaking thermal energy technology solution, won Student Startup of the Year. With its remarkable 90% sun absorption and possible 66% reduction in carbon emissions, its Nano Carbon Florets (NCF) technology holds the potential to revolutionize solar-to-thermal energy conversion.

The jury for the AWS Campus Fund Grand Challenge 2024 Finale comprised a distinguished group of industry leaders, each bringing a wealth of expertise to the table. The panel included Akarsh Hebbar, Director at Vedanta; Aditya Ghosh, Co-Founder of Akasa Air and former President of IndiGo Airlines; Ashwni Kumar Tewari, MD and Board Member at State Bank of India; Bharat Shah, Co-Founder of HDFC Bank; Phanindra Sama, Co-Founder of redBus; Soumya Rajan, Founder and CEO of Waterfield Advisors; Ullas Kamath, former Joint MD at Jyothy Labs; Vinita Bali, former CEO of Britannia Industries; and Yatin Shah, Co-Founder of 360One and Joint CEO of 360One Wealth. Their collective insights played a pivotal role in evaluating and mentoring the next generation of entrepreneurial talent.
Notable advancements were also showcased by the runners-up, Kuberns from Vellore Institute of Technology and Poccet Labs from AIIMS Delhi. While Kuberns provides a cutting-edge Platform as a Service solution that promises zero-configuration cloud installations, Poccet Labs is creating a revolutionary point-of-care testing gadget that can do lab tests with just two drops of blood.
