gAI Ventures is thrilled to announce the appointment of Vineet Mohan as Head of International Business Development. Vineet, an alumnus of IIM Bangalore and NIT Calicut, brings an exceptional breadth of global experience spanning banking, technology, and startups to the team.
With over 14 years of leadership experience at HSBC, Vineet held pivotal roles across the US, Europe, and Hong Kong, contributing to the top 1% of the company’s leadership. His tenure included driving innovation in new business lines and markets every 2-3 years, equipping him with a deep understanding of diverse client segments and financial products. Prior to HSBC, Vineet began his career as an engineer at Oracle, laying a strong foundation in technology.

As gAI Ventures pivots from a year of intense technology development and engineering talent acquisition to scaling its products internationally in 2025, Vineet will spearhead efforts to expand in the US, Europe, and the Middle East. His expertise will focus on international business development, strategic partnerships, and go-to-market strategies.
Beyond his corporate achievements, Vineet is a seasoned startup investor and advisor. As a co-founder of Konglo Ventures, a prominent angel investment network, and a key contributor to Callapina Capital, a US-based VC fund, he has demonstrated a keen ability to identify and nurture innovative ventures.
