Recently listed B2B travel portal TBO Tek has incorporated a new wholly owned subsidiary in Canary Island by the name TBO Jumbonline Canarias to expand its footprint in the region
TBO Tek stated in an exchange filing that TBO Jumbonline Canarias, S.L.U., the newly formed company, will function as a travel agency.
Jumboline Accommodations & Services, a Spanish travel agency that TBO Tek purchased in December 2023 for INR 219.6 Cr., will run the subsidiary. The transaction was made with the intention of growing its business in Europe.
