A unicorn of hospitality OYO has started a significant reorganization of its senior leadership, elevating five executives from the verticals of distribution, technology, product, strategy, and operations .
The company said in a statement that Sonal Sinha has been named as the chief operational officer of OYO’s worldwide division.
Prior to joining OYO in 2015, Sinha oversaw the worldwide division’s finances as its chief financial officer. She is reportedly essential to OYO’s post-pandemic success in the US market.
Rachit Srivastava has also been promoted to COO of OYO’s European holiday rental business. Ayush Mathur, who is quitting the company to launch his own business, will be replaced by him.
