Amazon, a massive online retailer, has teamed up with India Post to enable delivery services for customers in every pin code in the nation .
Amazon and India Posts have reached an agreement whereby the former will utilize the latter’s last-mile delivery network to improve delivery speed, efficiency, and reach, particularly in rural and isolated areas.
Through this collaboration, the platforms will concentrate on optimizing resource use, maximizing efficiencies, streamlining operations, and investigating capacity sharing throughout their logistical networks.
The e-commerce giant stated in a statement that India Post’s presence throughout the Amazon logistics network has more than doubled over the previous two to three years, with pickup sites expanding from six to thirteen locations nationwide.
