Edtech startup BrightChamps has acquired Mumbai-based K12 education platform Edjust through a cash and stock transaction, making it the company’s fourth acquisition.
Following the acquisition, Edjust plans to improve its sales strategy and increase its global footprint in 30 countries. It will also provide parents with rich digital experiences and guarantee a 360-degree perspective of their child’s educational path.

With its comparison measures, transparent reviews backed by blockchain, and cutting-edge tools to help parents select the best fit for their ward’s requirements, Edjust was formed in 2022 by Sanjay Panikar, Dushyant Panchal, and Anmol Mittal.
Audiences from the US, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia Pacific are served by the company.
