Following months of unsuccessful purchase talks, the inventor of Koo, Mayank Bidawatka, announced the formation of a new company, Billion Hearts Software Technologies, with the goal of creating consumer products for people worldwide.
“Billion Hearts as a name represents the dreams of many,” Bidawatka stated on Linkedin. And ideally the use of billions of people worldwide, for whom this startup will create stunning digital goods.
The new endeavor is expected to launch in a few months and is now running in stealth mode.
A few days ago, Bidawatka announced in a post that the startup had already gotten angel funding from a number of friends of the founders in the well-known consumer tech industry. He was also “busy talking about seed funding with some well-known VCs.”
