Early-stage venture capital firm Stellaris Venture Partners led a $3 million investment round for the real estate technology platform Truva. Notable angel investors, including Myntra founder Mukesh Bansal, Curefoods founder Ankit Nagori, and Groww founder Lalit Keshre, also contributed to the round.
The recently obtained money will go into growing the team, improving the offering, taking on more debt to pay for working capital, and scaling up operations.
Truva is a Mumbai-based firm that was formed in 2023 by Puneet Arora, Monil Singhal, and Ankit Gupta. It provides buyers with thorough insights and support along with detailed property listings. This support encompasses help with funding, documentation, and licensing. In addition, the platform offers special features like noise ratings, natural light scores, 3D tours, and excellent images and videos.
Arora underlined that the business is focused on enhancing customer experiences in order to streamline the intricacies of real estate transactions and expedite the home-buying process. With an average property sale duration of 19 days—much faster than the market average of nine months—the website has facilitated deals worth over Rs 30 crore in Powai, Mumbai, since its introduction earlier this year.
Over the course of the next year, Truva intends to increase its footprint throughout Mumbai, starting with Powai and Bandra.
