hBits, a platform that facilitates investments in commercial real estate, has raised ₹40 crore in a Series A funding round from Capricon Realty Private Limited, a subsidiary of the Thackersey Group.
Previously, the Mumbai-based company raised $3.32 million from Shree Naman Group and others. The new funds will enhance hBits’ AI-driven platform, expand its reach, and provide curated investment opportunities to a broader audience.

hBits plans to leverage SEBI’s Small and Medium Real Estate Investment Trust (SM REIT) regulations to offer diversified, regulated real estate investments, targeting a growth in Assets Under Management (AUM) from Rs 500 crore to Rs 1,500 crore by the end of FY24.
