D2C brand KisanKonnect has secured $4.5 million in Series A funding, with Mistry Ventures leading the round.

The funding also saw contributions from Times Group’s Brand Capital, actress Shilpa Shetty, VC-Grid, Vishwang Desai, and several prominent family offices.

The Mumbai-based startup intends to utilize the newly raised funds to enhance its technology infrastructure, expand operations, and broaden its reach in major urban markets.

KisanKonnect has transformed traditional agricultural trade by developing a strong, technology-driven supply chain for its vertically integrated operations.

The startup collaborates with over 5,000 farmers, advocating sustainable farming and regenerative agriculture. Its offerings, including fresh fruits, vegetables, and dairy, are delivered via a mobile app and a growing network of ‘KisanKonnect Farm Stores’ in Mumbai and Pune.
