The Wellness Co., a high-end wellness brand, has obtained INR 60 Cr for a 30% ownership position in its parent business, Rollins International Pvt Ltd, from online travel aggregator EasyMyTrip.

Easy Trip Planners, the parent company of EasyMyTrip, has authorized the purchase of two businesses for a total of INR 90 Cr, according to a recent Inc42 report. This comprises a 49% interest in Pflege Home Healthcare Center LLC for INR 30 Cr ($3.5 Mn) and a 30% investment in Rollins International for INR 60 Cr ($7.15 Mn).

By doing this, the wellness brand hopes to increase its visibility in the rapidly growing field of health and wellness travel.

According to the company, the investment will allow The Wellness Co. to capitalize on the rising demand for wellness tourism and increase its footprint in important Indian cities as well as abroad.
