Zaggle Expands With Veteran Kotak Employee Virat Diwanji

A new appointment has strengthened the board of listed fintech SaaS business Zaggle, which hopes to propel growth in the fintech industry

Virat Sunil Diwanji, the head of consumer banking at Kotak Mahindra Bank, has joined the company’s board as an additional director.

With more than 20 years of expertise at Kotak Bank, Diwanji will contribute to Zaggle’s innovation and client engagement in his new position, the startup announced in a statement.

“To drive the next phase of growth and create sustainable value for all stakeholders, I look forward to working closely with Zaggle’s leadership team,” Diwanji stated.
